Holcim, who manufactures cement, has given the death sentence to a USA plant as they have come to realise everything here is overbuilt and there is nothing left to build with the backdrop of bankrupt governments who will be decreasing public works projects expenditures. Many governments are lookignt o scale back employee count and projects, which should have cementary impacts.
These employees are surely not going to be pounding pavement looking for deals this Christmas shopping season.
