Epic Fail: Epicor Software to Layoff Workers

Epicore, who makes backoffice applications, intends to layoff an unspecified number of employees that is likely to be fairly considerable given their size and aim to save $16-20 million each year.

Meanwhile this company is resisting a buyout offer that has just been reduced. Seen that foolishness anywhere else? Oh yea, Mr. Yang please step up and collect your crown of the clowns!

These layoffs are unspecified in number and in geography, but we can assume the clownsumers will be pulling back on spending after the axe falls. Additionally, what if they bought a house in the past 5 years? Quite difficult to hang on to that with a job limbo.

Epicore is headquartered in Irvine, CA.
