Eastman Chemical Co. has announced its elimination of 40 jobs by the end of the year. They make mainly plastic products used for packaging.
As we have seen, there is less demand for packaging since less stuff is being shipped around, created, or bought by slownsumers. All part of the macro-economic cycle of tapped out debt-people in an import led clownsumer-fever fake economy.
